Tommy Edmier - President

Tommy is a high preforming construction executive with over 30 years of experience and has built a solid reputation in the commercial construction industry. From equipment operator to project manager at T&W Edmier Corporation, Tommy gained value experience at a young age and his ability to trouble shoot difficult unforeseen issues is what sets him apart from most construction executives. As President of GSC, he provides leadership and direction for all aspects of construction throughout the company, including overseeing estimating, project management, scheduling, negotiations, hiring and budget development. Tommy also spends time in client development, understanding the importance of relationship building and how to grow the company through mutually beneficial “partnerships” with developers, general contractors and environmental firms.

Brian S. Morin - Vice President

Mr. Morin has over 30 years of extensive experience on a wide variety of environmental consulting and construction projects. He is an expert in the various phases of locating, investigating, sampling and reporting information relative to the assessments, removal and remediation of underground storage tanks and associated petroleum, contaminated soil and ground water. In addition, Mr. Morin's project involvement includes phase I and II environmental site assessments, asbestos, lead-based paint abatement, subsurface evaluations, ground water and contamination assessments, hazardous waste operation, indoor air quality and air-permitting, environmental evaluation, remedial action design, plans and specifications, team project supervision, and client training program. He holds certifications as an underground storage tank decommissioner in the State of Illinois. Mr. Morin has completed the 40-hour OSHA 1910.120 Hazardous Materials/Waste Site Operations, eight-hour OSHA Site Supervisor’s and Eight-hour refresher courses.

Ray E. Calderon - Construction GM

Mr. Calderon has over 30 years of extensive experience in the construction and environmental engineering and contracting fields. More recently, his work has been concentrated with providing environmental remediation and earthwork services for private, public and industrial clients on a variety of projects such as schools, retail and major land development. His project experience includes; earthwork and site preparation, contaminated soil excavation, disposal and remediation, demolition, underground and above ground storage tank removals and closures. Mr. Calderon works closely with Owners, General Contractors and other subcontractors to coordinate the day to day operations to make sure the projects are on time and on budget. He is also responsible for project estimating and is proficient in ProContractor Estimating Software.

Danny Edmier - Chief Estimator

As chief estimator, Danny brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for the oversight of the estimating process for all projects. He reviews project plans and specifications and coordinates with the team to confirm complete scope. Prior to working as an estimator Danny held many different positions in the field and understands the importance of being able to visualize the job as drawn on the drawings and how to best construct the project in the field step by step. He is proficient in various types of estimating software including ProContractors estimating software.

Mike Schwartz - Project Superintendent

Mr. Schwartz brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has been a valuable member of GSC since 2015. He is responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. As Project Superintendent, Mr. Schwartz's key attributes include attention to detail and timeliness in seeing a project through from beginning to end.
